Section 1: Definitions
- Call-Out Fees: Per-incident fees payable for any call-outs not expressly included in your chosen Plan.
- Fees: The total amount payable to us by you for the Home Cover Plans, including any applicable call-out fees or additional costs under a quote.
- Plan(s): The Home Cover service plan(s) you have applied for, which we have confirmed in writing as active and which have not been terminated.
- Quote: A quotation we issue and you accept for works or services outside of your plan.
- We/Us/Our: The heating installation and repair company providing your plan.
- Works: Any installation, repair or servicing carried out by us further to a quote.
- You/Your: The customer whose application for a plan has been accepted.
Section 2: Conditions Applicable to All Home Cover Plans
1. Eligibility
- You must have a domestic (up to 70 kW) condensing gas central heating boiler.
- You must live within our service area (please contact us for details).
- You must be 18 or over and the owner or owner-occupier of the property.
- The property must have five or fewer bedrooms.
2. Inclusions and Exclusions
- Each plan sets out its specific inclusions and exclusions (see Section 3).
- Repairs and replacement parts (unless expressly included).
- Removal of corrosion, clearing or repairing filters, or adding chemicals/inhibitors unless
- included in your plan.
- Adjusting time/temperature controls, bleeding radiators, pressurising sealed systems, or
- relighting pilot lights.
- Data- or software-related issues.
- Visits outside standard working hours (8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).
Section 3: Levels of Cover
Bronze Plan
- What’s Included:
- Annual boiler service.
- Carbon monoxide test.
- Priority call-outs.
- 2-year extended warranty (only if your boiler was supplied and installed by us and subject to continuous servicing throughout the manufacturer’s warranty period).
- What’s Not Included:
- Boiler repairs (covered separately under manufacturer warranty).
- Controls, flue or flue terminal.
- Gas supply pipe.
- Central heating system or radiators.
- Networked/smart devices.
- Swimming pool supplies.
- Air/ground source heat pumps.
- Underfloor or outdoor heating systems.
- Showers or taps.
Silver Plan
- What’s Included:
- Annual boiler service and safety check.
- Carbon monoxide test.
- Priority call-outs.
- Unlimited parts and labour for central heating boilers, controls, pipework, radiators and valves, and central heating pumps.
- What’s Not Included:
- Removing sludge or scale, or repairing damage caused by it.
- Showers or taps.
- Faults caused by accidental damage or third parties.
Gold Plan
- What’s Included:
- All Silver Plan benefits.
- Plumbing cover.
- Labour for repairs to your boiler, controls and hot water cylinder.
- Annual boiler service and safety check.
- Unlimited parts and labour for central heating boilers, controls, pipework, radiators and valves, and central heating pumps.
- Carbon monoxide alarm check.
- Central heating health check on sockets and switches.
- What’s Not Included:
- Removing sludge or scale, or repairing damage caused by it.
- Showers or taps.
- Faults caused by accidental damage or third parties. plan.
